For Clients & Patients

• Full name, Age, and Gender mapping credentials.
• Precise home delivery address for service assignment.
• Emergency relative contact numbers & email channels.
• Medical history, active doctor prescriptions, vitals log.
• Diagnostic lab records & general nursing instruction notes.

For Caregivers & Nurses

• Legal name & government-issued identification (Aadhaar or PAN).
• Professional nursing licenses, degree certifications & CV profiles.
• Bank IFSC accounts & mobile UPI payment handles for payouts.
• Real-time attendance coordinates (Geo-location verification checks).

Device & Usage Data: When accessed via our smart secure web app wrapper or direct standalone browsers, we capture device diagnostic variables, approximate network IP states, and page action logs essential to support performance tracing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Data processing executes strictly within the boundaries of our care logistics, shift verification, and commission models:

• Custom Level Assignments: Matching patient critical needs to caretakers, semi-nurses, or full clinical ICU leaders.
• Real-time Safety Geolocation: Verifying on-duty staff attendance coordinates via GPS directly inside safe zones.
• Seamless Payout coordinates: Processing verified invoices, bank transactions, and instant referrals with secure records.

As we distribute mobile wrappers under official developer console criteria:

Health Record Safeguards

Patient records, medical charts, and vital metrics are transmitted solely via secure layers with modern encryption protocols. We never sell, reuse, or share any medical data variables with commercial insurance institutions, advertisers, or programmatic brokers.

Precise Geolocation Controls

Our staff app monitors background/foreground coordinates only to guarantee presence, safety, check-in compliance, and shift performance records. Continuous reporting disables immediately after shift checkout operations complete.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We prohibit the trading, sale, or lease of user medical data credentials. We restrict sharing exclusively to:

• The custom Nurse/Caretaker resources selected by client representatives for home deployment.
• Affiliated medical equipment leasing entities (for ventilators, multi-para ICU monitors, hospital ICU beds, etc).
• Authentic local administrative authorities or legal inquiries in the event of compliance orders under Indian state codes.

5. Data Security & Retention Policies

All cloud components utilize robust standard firewalls, strict role access credentials, and SSL transport parameters. Our retention metrics track against active service histories. For completed operations, we preserve details strictly to satisfy statutory clinical records policies and taxation/legal constraints active within India.

6. Your Rights (Under DPDPA 2023)

Under DPDPA 2023, you retain real control over personal data. You are entitled to review recorded sheets, request grammatical or factual updates, withdraw consent, or demand the deletion of non-statutory records from our databases.
