1. Scope of Services
Eldersy acts as a premium care management and tech-enabled platform coordinating medical manpower deployment, shift assignments, and vital logs for seniors. Our applications facilitate direct transparency between Clients (families/patients) and Staff (nurses, caretakers, and health professionals).
2. User Obligations & Account Security
- Clients: Must supply verifiable diagnostic data, relative contact coordinates, and accurate home deployment addresses.
- Staff/Caregivers: Must clear professional background verification checks, maintain active certification standards, and complete geo-location verification checks upon beginning active service shifts.
3. Billing, Commissions, & Payouts
All financial interactions execute safely across secure payment layers. Payouts to caregivers and nurses follow accurate attendance checks and invoice logs processed via integrated bank details or verified mobile UPI handles.
4. Emergency Situations & Medical Liability Disclaimer
While Eldersy optimizes critical care matching and provides prominent one-touch alerts, our application is a management utility. In critical emergency developments, clients must coordinate concurrently with localized ambulance networks and physical clinical institutions.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or close application wrappers and platform system access for accounts displaying behavior contrary to medical compliance, safe operational zones, or standard Indian legal provisions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by and structured under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and corresponding state civil codes active within India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
